Macclesfield preview
...Gary Cahill was outstanding for Bolton in what looked like a farewell appearance and, although they will miss him, that win will have lifted the pressure on the players and manager Owen Coyle.
They might have to scrap a bit to come through, but I see them avoiding the upset which a few people might have been predicting.
